Best Poster Winner at IDTechEx, Berlin 2019

NTUA's Filimon Zacharatos won the best poster award at IDTechEx Show. NTUA provides academic expertise in the characterisation of LIFT 3D printing and Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) to the HiperLAM collaboration. Filimon works within the laser processing materials research team of Professor Ioanna Zergioti at the Physics Department of the National Technical University of Athens. The poster, entitled "High speed laser sintering of silver nanoparticle inks for the digital fabrication of flexible microelectronics" was judged to be of high quality and strong industrial relevance. The work that led to the poster was supported by HiperLAM colleagues from PVN Nanocell, Semyon Melamed, Ayala Kabla, and Fernanodo De La Vega and from Oxford Lasers, Simon Tuohy, Nuno Braz and Dimitris Karnakis.
